Seymour Milton is an award-winning composer with a wide range of professional experience writing music for film, TV, adverts, games & podcasts.
Since graduating from the National Film & Television School in 2018, Seymour has composed music for Film4, BBC Films, YouTube, Tate Britain, the National Gallery, Netflix and the feature film Rattlesnakes.
Recent projects include Mdhamiri Á Nkemi's BIFA long-listed short film Original Skin and Pemón, a documentary exploring the spiritual beliefs of the Pemón Indigenous People of Venezuela.
Also a prolific composer for contemporary dance beginning with James Cousins' Within Her Eyes (2012 winner of Mathew Bourne's Adventures in Choreography Award), Seymour has also worked with award-winning choreographers Ihsan Rustem, Sophie Nüzel, Laura Obiols & Tony Adigun.
Due for release in Autumn 2024 is Seymour's debut E.P. as The After Before, a cinematic & experimental blend of electronica featuring artists 98 Poly, Ade Otomayo (Amy Winehouse; Gorillaz) and Jah Wobble (PiL).
